Salary:
- 22.03–30.50 PLN/hour net (depending on age, student status, PIT-2)
- Productivity bonus up to 2000 PLN/month
- Monthly income: 5000–7700 PLN net (with bonuses)
- Working Hours per Month: 200–230
Responsibilities:
- Scanning and sorting goods (filters, batteries, bolts, tires)
- Packing small parts into boxes
- Wrapping tires and placing them on racks
- Loading/unloading goods (automated process)
Training: 3–4 days of individual training provided upon arrival
Requirements:
- Valid visa or biometric passport (minimum 4 months)
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts
- Age: 18–50
- No prior experience required
- Language: Not required (coordinators speak Russian, Polish, and English)
Conditions:
- Accommodation: free (only utilities – 350 PLN/month)
- Transportation to/from work provided
- Work clothes and SIM card provided
- Medical check-up covered by employer
- Contract type: Umowa zlecenia
- Possibility of obtaining a residence card (Karta pobytu) for 3 years
Schedule:
- 3 shifts: 06:00–16:00 / 14:00–00:00 / 22:00–08:00
- 5–6 days per week
- 200–230 hours/month
- 30-minute break
Payment:
- Base rate: 22.03–30.50 PLN/hour net
- Productivity bonus: up to 2000 PLN/month
