Location: Česká Lípa (80 km from Prague)
Factory Specialization: Noise and vibration components for the automotive industry
Positions available: Men, women, and married couples (up to 52 years old)
Candidate Requirements:
- All nationalities accepted – conditions: English or basic Czech language and vacancy availability
- Physically capable of working in pairs and with robots (work is not physically demanding)
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of noise and vibration components for the automotive industry
- Working in pairs alongside robots
- Monitoring product quality
- Keeping the workplace clean and following safety procedures
Salary:
- Men: 165 CZK/hour (net), after 3 months – 170 CZK/hour
- Women: 155 CZK/hour (net), after 3 months – 160 CZK/hour
- Weekly advances: 1,500 CZK
Work Schedule:
- 8–12 hours per day, 5–6 days per week
- Breaks: 30 minutes + two 15-minute breaks during 12-hour shifts
- Overtime available upon agreement
Accommodation:
- Cost: 3,000 CZK/month
- Rooms: 2–4 people per room
- Married couples accommodated separately
- Free transport to and from the workplace
