Location: Česká Lípa (80 km from Prague), Czech Republic
Position: Automotive Operator – Car Headrests & Armrests Production
Candidate Requirements:
- Men, women, and married couples up to 50 years old
- Basic English or Czech language required
Responsibilities:
- Working with finished automotive parts (headrests and armrests)
- Assembly, inspection, and packaging of products
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization on the production line
- Following safety standards and reporting defects
Salary:
- Men: 1st month – 140 CZK/hour NET, from 2nd month – 150 CZK/hour NET
- Women: 1st month – 140 CZK/hour NET, from 2nd month – 145 CZK/hour NET
- Weekly advances: 1,500 CZK
- Salary increase after 6 months
Bonuses:
- After 3 months: 2,000 CZK (one-time)
- After 6 months: 3,000 CZK (one-time)
Work Schedule:
- 5–6 days per week
- 8–12 hours per day
- Breaks: 30 min + 2×15 min for 12-hour shifts
- Optional overtime by agreement
Accommodation & Transport:
- Comfortable housing: 2,000 CZK/month
- Rooms: 2–4 people
- Married couples accommodated separately
- Free transport to/from work
