Industry: Car Factory — produces headrests for the automotive industry
Position: Automotive Operator — Manufacturing Cushions for Headrests
Candidate Requirements:
- Men up to 50 years old
- All nationalities accepted — main conditions: English or basic Czech and vacancy availability at the time of application
- Preferred height: 175 cm and above
- Physically capable of standing and working full shifts
Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing and assembling cushions for automotive headrests
- Monitoring production quality
- Operating production equipment (after training)
- Keeping the workplace clean and following safety procedures
Salary:
- 175 CZK/hour (net)
- Weekly advances: 1,500 CZK
Work Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts, day and night
- Approx. 240 hours per month
- Breaks: 30 minutes + two 15-minute breaks during 12-hour shifts
Accommodation:
- Cost: 90 CZK/day
- Rooms: 2–4 people per room
- Married couples accommodated separately
- Free transport to and from work
Employment: official employment and insurance and social contributions fully covered by the employer.
