Position Overview:
- Production of capacitors for the automotive industry.
- Light manual work with robotic equipment – the job is not physically demanding
Candidate Requirements:
- Men, women and married couples up to 55 years old
- Any nationality
- Basic English or Czech language required
- Availability of open job slots at the moment of application
Responsibilities:
- Operating robotic production lines and machinery
- Visual inspection of products for defects
- Simple assembly of components
- Packaging finished products
- Keeping the workplace clean
- Following safety rules and production standards
Salary:
- 145 CZK/hour NET
- From the 4th month: 150 CZK/hour NET
- Weekly advances: 1,500 CZK
Work Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts — day & night rotation
- 30-minute lunch break + 2×15 min additional breaks
- Optional overtime: 180–200 hours/month
Accommodation & Transport:
- FREE accommodation
- 2–4 people per room
- Married couples accommodated separately
- Free transport to/from work
