Location: Bílina (30 km from Ústí nad Labem), Czech Republic
Position: Automotive Operator — Car Windows Production
Candidate Requirements:
- Women up to 50 years old
- Basic English or Czech language required
Responsibilities:
- Working with finished car windows
- Applying protective film to products
- Inspecting products for quality
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace
- Following safety procedures
Salary:
- 135 CZK/hour NET, after 3 months → 140 CZK/hour NET
- Weekly advances: 1,500 CZK
Bonuses:
- After 3 months: 2,000 CZK (one-time)
- After 6 months: 3,000 CZK (one-time)
Work Schedule:
- 4–6 days per week
- 12-hour shifts
- Breaks: 30 min + 2×15 min during 12-hour shifts
- Optional overtime by agreement
Accommodation & Transport:
