Position: Automotive Operator — Manufacturing Cushions for Headrests
Candidate Requirements:
- Men and women up to 50 years old
- All nationalities accepted — main conditions:
- English or basic Czech language
- Availability of vacancies at the time of application
- Physically capable of standing for long shifts
- Good coordination and manual dexterity (light production work)
Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing and assembling cushions for automotive headrests
- Operating production equipment (after training)
- Quality control of finished components
- Maintaining workplace cleanliness and following safety procedures
Salary:
- Women:
160 CZK/hour (net) — first month
170 CZK/hour (net) — from the second month - Men:
170 CZK/hour (net) - Average monthly income: from 35,000 CZK net
- Weekly advances: 1500 CZK
Bonuses:
- After 3 months: 2000 CZK (one-time payment)
- After 6 months: 3000 CZK (one-time payment)
Work Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts, 4–6 days per week
- Additional hours available upon agreement (approx. 220–260 hours/month)
- Day and night shifts available
Accommodation:
- Cost: 2000 CZK/month
- Free transport to and from the workplace
- Rooms: 2–4 people per room
- Married couples accommodated separately
