Age: Not younger than 25 years old and not older than 55 years old
Requirements:
- Experience in furniture processing (solid wood);
- Practical skills in painting and varnishing furniture parts using compressed air spray equipment;
- Knowledge of painting equipment and its accessories;
- Ability to work with polyurethane-based finishing materials;
- Ability to work with water-based finishing materials;
- Experience using thinners and hardeners during the painting and finishing process.
Job Description:
- Be able to work safely and responsibly with painting equipment and its accessories;
- Know and be able to work with polyurethane and water-based finishing materials, thinners and hardeners;
- Maintain painting equipment and its accessories;
- Priming, painting, staining, varnishing furniture parts with compressed air spray equipment;
- Smooth execution of shift work and production process;
- Execution of production plans, ensuring production quality and labor productivity;
- Ensure the quality of work and manufactured products;
- Identification of production disruptions;
- Reading production drawings, filling out technological, technical and accounting documentation;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
Salary bruto (before tax): 1600 EUR
Schedule:
- One shift starting at 6:00 a.m., Monday to Friday.
- The standard working time is 8 hours per day, with the possibility to work 10–12 hours daily depending on production needs.
- Average 168 hours per month, 14 working days per month
Conditions:
- Accommodation provided free of charge by the employer, 2 to 3 persons per room.
- No transportation required. Travel time from any place of residence to the workplace is 15 minutes.
- Alimentation will not be provided. The employees take care of their own meals.
