Location: Bílina (30 km from Ústí nad Labem)
Position: Machine Operator at a Glass Production Plant — work alongside robots with finished glass products!
Candidate Requirements:
- Men up to 50 years old
- Basic Czech or English language knowledge
- All nationalities accepted — main conditions: language and vacancy availability
- Physically capable of working full shifts
Responsibilities:
- Operating machines in glass production
- Monitoring robotic systems and finished products
- Quality control of glass items
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
- Following plant procedures and instructions
Salary:
- 149 CZK/hour (net)
- 167 CZK/hour (net) — after 3 months
- Weekly advances: 1,500 CZK
Bonuses:
- Night shifts: +20%
- Overtime: +30%
- Public holidays: +100%
- Saturday/Sunday: +15%
- Year-end bonus: 10,000 CZK after one year of employment
- Referral bonus: 500 EUR for bringing a friend
- 13th salary after one year of employment
Work Schedule:
- 12-hour day and night shifts
- Breaks: 30 minutes + two 15-minute breaks during 12-hour shifts
