Location: Tachov
Candidate Requirements:
- Women up to 55 years old
- Previous experience in sewing / tailoring required
- All nationalities accepted — conditions: English or basic Czech and availability of vacancies at the time of application
Responsibilities:
- Sewing garments according to production plans
- Quality control of finished products
- Working with sewing machines and other equipment
- Maintaining workplace cleanliness and following safety rules
Salary:
- 28,770 CZK/month (net) for 168 worked hours
- Weekly advances: 1,500 CZK
- Extra Pay / Bonuses
- Overtime: +25%
- Night shifts: +10%
- Public holidays: +100%
- Saturday/Sunday: +10%
- Performance bonus: up to 5,000 CZK
- Attendance bonus: 1,000 CZK for 180+ hours/month
Work Schedule:
- 8 hours per day, 5–6 days per week
- Day and night shifts available
- Breaks: 30 minutes
Accommodation:
- Cost: 4,500 CZK/month
- Rooms: 2–4 people per room
- Married couples accommodated separately
