Seasonal Job in Poland – Berry Harvesting (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)

Start date:
- Men: from May 1st
- Women: from May 15th (The first 10 days for women involve weeding and light agricultural tasks.)
Job Description:
Work involves various agricultural activities, including:
- Strawberry picking in tunnels
- Blueberry weeding and maintenance
- Operating machinery (for experienced workers)
- Blueberry and raspberry picking
- Other agrotechnical fieldwork as needed
Requirements:
- Age: 18–55 years
- Physically fit and responsible
- Ready to work outdoors and in variable weather conditions
- Team-oriented and motivated
Working Schedule:
- Work hours: usually 6:00–8:00 AM start, 10–12 hours per day
- Sunday – day off
Salary:
- Strawberry picking: 2.5 PLN/kg
- Weeding, sorting, other tasks: 20 PLN/hour
- Performance bonus: up to 23 PLN/hour for fast and high-quality work
- Guaranteed minimum salary: 4,000 PLN/month (netto)
- Average earnings: from 4,000 PLN and above
Accommodation:
- Provided free of charge near the workplace
- Private houses, 3–5 people per room
- Married couples: separate accommodation (2 couples per room)
