Candidates: Men, women, and couples.
Age: 18–55 years.
Salary:
- First 2 weeks – 140 CZK/hour (training rate).
- After that, the salary depends on performance:
- 170 CZK/hour – 100% of the target
- 160 CZK/hour – 90% of the target, etc.
Advances: 2,000 CZK paid every Tuesday.
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts available:
- 4 shifts (04:00–16:00, 05:30–18:00, 08:00–20:00, 12:00–21:30 (limited availability, not always possible to choose))
- The employee selects one shift and works in it consistently. Shift changes are possible upon agreement with the coordinator.
Job Description: The first day includes a 2-hour warehouse tour.
- Day 1: 6-hour training (unpaid)
- Day 2: 6-hour training (paid)
- Day 3: First full 12-hour shift
A short adaptation period is provided, during which employees work at a reduced performance target. This allows the worker to get familiar with the warehouse, the picking system, and work pace. During this period, the employee receives the base hourly rate. After adaptation, standard performance-based pay applies.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Czech language is not mandatory (scanner interface is in Czech).
- The candidate should have good memory, quick reaction, attention to detail, and responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of English
Working Conditions: The food warehouse is divided into three temperature zones:
- +5°C – dairy and meat products
- +15°C – fruits and vegetables
- +20°C – dry goods section
- Outer work clothing is provided by the employer.
- Safety shoes with a steel toe are mandatory. You may bring your own pair or buy them from the company for 800 CZK (the cost will be deducted from your salary).
Accommodation:
- Provided in apartments (2–3 people per room).
- Couples are accommodated separately.
- Cost: 6,500 CZK/month (deducted from salary).
Employment Type:
- First 20 days: DPP contract (agreement on work performance)
- After that – DPČ contract (agreement on working activity).
- Health insurance covered by employer.
