Location: Prague (District 6, District 20, Hřašany area), Brno, Ostrava

Documents required: Czech work visa, EU passport, or Temporary Protection status
Salary:
- 185 CZK/hour for the first month (during employer change process)
- 170 CZK/hour after 150 hours
- 180 CZK/hour after 2000 hours
Monthly payment: Salary paid between the 15th–20th of each month. Weekly advances available.
Working Hours:
- Multiple shifts depending on warehouse location (Prague, Brno, Ostrava), starting between 02:30 and 12:30 and ending between 09:00 and 22:00.
- Standard shifts: 8–10 hours, some night or early morning shifts.
- Work is based on performance norm. First 7 days – hourly pay only, then productivity norms apply.
Responsibilities:
- Picking goods according to invoices with a handheld scanner
- Scanning items, placing in baskets, and moving along warehouse flow
- Maintaining performance norms (≥90% to avoid penalties)
- Work in warm and chilled sectors (+9–10°C)
- Walking-intensive role, not physically heavy
Training: Full training provided during the first 7 days
Conditions:
- Accommodation: 6,000 CZK/month, 2–3 persons per room (deducted from salary)
- Social and health insurance covered by employer
- Work shoes with reinforced toe mandatory (can be purchased independently or from company for 800 CZK)
- Free reflective vest provided
