Age: Not younger than 20 years old and not older than 50 years old
Requirements:
- Ability to gouge with carbon electrode would be considered an advantage
- Understanding of work culture, responsibility and attention
- Ability to speak and read in English. It is very important, because they will have to make work safety test
- A driver’s license would be considered an advantage
Job Description:
- Welder at shipbuilding/ship repair and steel construction workshops
- Experience at shipbuilding minimum 5 years
- Ability to weld MIG/MAG 135; 136; 138 fillet weld and butt weld at all positions, plate thickness 10–20 mm or more
- Be able to weld single side butt weld with no backing to achieve full joint penetration and also with ceramic backing. Test has to be made in horizontal position.
Salary NET:
- Probationary period from one month to three months, salary 1500 EUR/month (plus overtime, if applicable).
- Salary can be reviewed even before the end of the probationary period.
- Salary after probationary period: 2000–2500 EUR
Schedule:
- Working hours per month: 200–220 hours
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Shift: 1 shift (from 08:00 to 17:00)
- Overtime: Possible — individual adjustment of work schedules depending on production needs.
Conditions:
- Accommodation provided free of charge by the employer, 2 to 3 persons per room.
- No transportation required. Travel time from any place of residence to the workplace is 15 minutes.
- Alimentation will not be provided. The employees take care of their own meals.
